Chanting Divine Help mantra benefits:
The sound patterns of the Kundalini mantra stimulate a certain effect on the psychic and mental nature of an individual. Each mantra that you recite will create a specific beneficial effect within one’s aura.
This chant is a mantra with so much power, depth, and beauty that it brings prosperity, abundance, healing and protection to those who recite it.
Additionally, chanting this mantra overcomes all challenges and hindrances. Also, it will help the practitioner in realizing that sacred power that resides inside us and we recognize that the One, God, the Creator of this Universe is with us, and always there. We just have to look deep inside ourselves.
Yogi Bhajan, who was a yogi and a spiritual teacher, said that if we practice the mantra for 62 minutes, the best time being between 3 and 4 AM, it can relieve unbearable financial pressure.
Choose a quiet place. Sit with the legs crossed in sukhasana (easy pose). The chin is pulled in gently, to align the head with the rest of the spine. The aim of the sitting posture is to balance being upright and alert, with being relaxed.
Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally. Start reciting the mantra.
When you recite the word, Har, pull the navel point in. For the 3 words of Har, your breath will become a 3-stroke Breath of Fire. Next, suspend the breath out as you keep the navel point pulled in and recite to the rest of the Kundalini mantra. Breath normally through the rest of the mantra meditation and repeat the breath stroke cycle again.
