Sa Re Sa Sa – Antar Naad Mantra translation in English:
„That Infinite Totality is here, everywhere. That creativity of God is here, everywhere.”
The syllable SA signifies the Infinite, the totality, creation, God. It is the element of ether. It initiates and includes all other effects. It is subtle and beyond.
HAR means the creativity of the earth. It is the dense element. It is the power of manifestation, the personal, the tangible. These sacred sounds are woven together then projected through the sacred ancient sound of UNG or complete totality, like the original sound ONG or AUM.
The esoteric structure of this potent mantra is coded in the qualities each of the sacred sounds represent and the rhythm that weaves them together into a coherent and powerful healing effect.

The pinky represents our ability to communicate. The rest of the fingers and the arms are straight but relaxed. Continue practicing for 11-31 min.
