Saach kaho sun layho sabhai

Jin praym kee-o tin hee prabh paaee-o.”

Jin Prem Kio Tin Hee Prabh Paayo mantra translation:

”Of what use is it if one sits and meditates like a crane with one’s eyes closed.

He moves taking holy baths at the 7 sacred rivers; he loses both this world and the next.

He spends his entire life in sinful tasks and sits and ideals away his life in hollow pursuits.

I speak the truth, listen everyone: Only the one who is absorbed in True Love shall attain the Lord. ”

Description:

Kundalini Yoga is an energetic and powerful form of yoga that awakens our own consciousness using sets of physical postures (asanas) and movements, breathing exercises (pranayama), profound meditation, and chanting mantras.

Chanting these ancient mantras is a cornerstone of the Kundalini Yoga spiritual practice. Yogi Bhajan teaches that a Kundalini mantra is the creative projection of the human mind.

Reciting mantras is the quintessence to transcendence, for it offers us a unique opportunity to unite with the Divine, to create the sacred healing sounds which allow us to craft our own reality.
